Use of the website
This website and its contents are made available to you buy musictools Ltd the design, layout, textual and graphic content remain the intellectual property of the company. musictools Ltd will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions in the content of this website.
Musical content
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the musical content of the mp3s available from this site, is as accurate as possible, musictools direct will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions. We will of course do our best to correct any such mistakes.
Use of mp3s
a. You may purchase and download any mp3 on this site for your own personal use, downloading from this site does not provide public performance rights for the piece. You must obtain or ensure that performance rights are adhered to when using any mp3s downloaded from musictools direct.
b. It is illegal for you to resell, distribute or share your downloaded mp3s, in group situations in educational establishments etc. one copy of each mp3 must be downloaded for each student using the piece.
Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch all physical goods (sheet music) before the end of the next working day after your order. Should this not be possible for any reason, musictools will not be held liable for any missed delivery dates, nor can we account for any localised industrial action by Royal Mail. If prolonged industrial action is announced we will seek to provide alternative delivery methods.
Access to all purchased mp3s will be provided via email once your payment has cleared, if you don't receive your email within 24 hours don't hesitate to contact us.
Refunds
Due to the copyright nature of the material provided by musictools direct, we can not offer any refunds for mp3s downloaded, or sheet music purchased. If a track is found to be defective or incorrect we will of course replace the mp3, and if sheet music is damaged we will replace it. All physical goods can be returned for a full refund if returned unopened, in there original condition and within 7 days. The cost of return postage must be met by the customer.
